  • 1 sweetheart cabbage, cut into 4 wedges

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoon of the butter with the miso paste, mixing until blended.

3. Cut the cabbage into four equal wedges and brush the miso butter mixture over each wedge.
