  • 2 tablespoon shredded cheese (optional)
  • Sesame or poppy seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. 2. Squeeze the excess moisture out of the shredded zucchini using a clean kitchen towel.

3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

4. 4. If using shredded cheese, fold it into the dough.

5. 5. Form the dough into bagel shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

6. 6. Sprinkle the tops of the bagels with sesame or poppy seeds, if desired.
