  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease or line a loaf pan.

2. 2. In a small bowl, combine the oat milk and apple cider vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes to curdle.

3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, applesauce, melted vegan butter, vanilla, and almond extract. Stir in the vegan buttermilk until well combined.

4. 4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
