  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, drained diced tomatoes, refried beans, taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle sliced green onions on top.
