Instructions

1. 1. In a small bowl, combine the powdered cacao, turmeric, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground black pepper, ground black cumin, and cayenne pepper. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.

2. 2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk of your choice over medium heat until it’s warm and steaming, but not boiling.

3. 3. Whisk 2-3 tablespoon of the cocoa mix into the warm milk until fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute the whole milk with your choice of plant-based milk, such as almond, coconut, or oat milk.
