Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a pie dish or similar oven-safe baking dish.

2. 2. Slice the peeled sweet potatoes into thin, even medallions and arrange them in the prepared baking dish in an even layer.

3. 3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until well combined and slightly thickened.
