Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

2. Add the garlic and tomato paste, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Stir in the cannellini beans and vegetable broth. Add the rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper.
