Instructions

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare Brownie Base: In a food processor, blend the Medjool dates, almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until a sticky dough forms. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.

3. Make Cookie Dough: In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, vanilla protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, cashew butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until the mixture is smooth, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
