Instructions

1. 1. Prepare the Pan: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal and clean-up.

2. 2. Melt Butter & Marshmallows: In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until they’re completely melted and smooth.

3. 3. Add Pudding & Vanilla: Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the pistachio pudding mix and vanilla extract until well combined.

4. 4. Mix in Cereal: Gently fold the Rice Krispies cereal into the marshmallow mixture until the cereal is evenly coated.
