  • 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 2 cup short pasta (such as penne or rotini)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.

2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
