  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup whipped topping
  • 1 box (3.9 ounce) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 ¾ cup cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cup whipped topping
  • ⅓ cup melted peanut butter
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions

1. Combine the crushed graham crackers and chopped salted peanuts in a medium bowl. Pour in the melted unsalted butter and mix until well-coated. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Chill for 15 minutes.

2. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until hot, then pour over the chocolate chips. Let sit for 1-2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Spread over the chilled crust and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

3. Beat together the creamy peanut butter and softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until light and fluffy. Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the chocolate ganache layer.

4. Prepare the instant chocolate pudding mix with cold milk according to package instructions. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the peanut butter cheesecake layer.
