  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 4 ounce dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon peppermint flavoring

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, and salt. Stir in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until a dough forms. Press the dough evenly into a tart pan.

3. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.

4. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the coconut cream and almond butter. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add dark chocolate chips and peppermint flavoring. Stir until melted and smooth.

5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth it out.

6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
