  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil for vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice for vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon honey for vinaigrette
  • 1 clove garlic, minced for vinaigrette
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano for vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the sirloin steak and ensure it is fully coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
