A decadent treat combining rich milk chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy Reese’s Pieces.
1. 1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 2 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread the melted chocolate evenly into the prepared pan.
3. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. 4. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the melted chocolate, then use a knife to gently swirl it into the chocolate.
5. 5. Melt the remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips and drizzle it over the top of the peanut butter layer.
6. 6. Sprinkle the Reese’s Pieces evenly over the top of the bark.
7. 7. Refrigerate the bark for at least 1 hour, or until it’s firm. Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
If the peanut butter mixture becomes too thick or grainy, add a small amount of milk or cream to help thin it out.
Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain its crunchy texture.
