Instructions

1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, melted butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, Swerve confectioners sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.

2. 2. Lay out warmed low-carb tortillas and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each one.

3. 3. Tightly roll up the tortillas. In a small bowl, mix the remaining cinnamon with the granulated Swerve sugar substitute and sprinkle the mixture over the roll-ups. Optionally, you can add a sprinkle of crushed pecans or chopped walnuts for an extra crunch.
