  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 ounce salami, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounce pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounce turkey, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounce provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 sub rolls

Instructions

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise, shredded iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, and sliced banana peppers. Drizzle in the red wine vinegar and season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Gently mix the ingredients until they are evenly distributed.

2. Slice the sub rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

3. Layer the salami, pepperoni, and turkey across the bottom half of the sub roll. Add provolone cheese slices on top of the meats. Layer with sliced tomatoes.

4. Spoon the prepared grinder salad over the top of the meats and cheese. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the grinder salad. Close the sandwich by bringing the top half of the sub roll down and gently pressing to secure the layers.
