  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 tablespoon cold unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • finely chopped parsley

Instructions

1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with the cornstarch, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until the chicken is evenly coated.

2. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken and cook until it’s golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

3. Once the chicken is cooked, add the sliced garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

4. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, butter, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Heat the mixture gently, stirring occasionally, until the butter has melted and the sauce is smooth.
