  • 4 cup boiling water
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cup assorted fresh fruit (such as nectarine wedges, lemon or lime slices, blueberries, and/or raspberries)
  • 1 liter plain sparkling water, chilled
  • fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

1. 1. Brew the tea by steeping the green tea bags in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the bags and stir in the honey until dissolved. Let the tea cool to room temperature.

2. 2. Prepare the fresh fruit by slicing, chopping, or arranging it.

3. 3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled green tea, chilled sparkling water, and prepared fresh fruit. Gently stir to mix.
