Gnocchi and Broccoli Bake 7 Ingredients Easy Delicious

Gnocchi and Broccoli Bake is a creamy, comforting pasta dish that combines pillowy-soft gnocchi, tender broccoli florets, and a cheesy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 2 cup vegetable stock
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. 2. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

3. 3. Steam the broccoli florets until they’re tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

4. 4. In a medium saucepan, heat the vegetable stock over medium heat. Whisk in the cream cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and sour cream until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. 5. In a large bowl, gently mix the cooked gnocchi, steamed broccoli, and the prepared sauce. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.

6. 6. Sprinkle the grated Grana Padano (or Parmesan) over the top of the dish.

7. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and the cheese on top is golden brown.

8. 8. Let the dish cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For best gnocchi texture, be gentle when handling the dumplings.

You can add cooked chicken, bacon, or sausage for extra heartiness.

For a vegetarian version, use vegetable broth instead of chicken or beef stock.

Feel free to mix in other roasted or sautéed vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
