  • 2 cup light brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line half sheet pans with silicone or non-stick baking mats.

2. 2. In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, white pepper, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
