  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a donut pan.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, and vegetable oil.

3. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients: flour, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.

4. Be careful not to overmix the batter.

5. Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about two-thirds full.

6. Bake the donuts for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
