1. 1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, gently melt the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter together, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

2. 2. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly stir in the cocoa Rice Krispies until they’re fully coated.

3. 3. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, portion the coated cereal mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into small nests with a well in the center. Gently press 2-3 Cadbury mini eggs into the center of each nest.

4. 4. Pop the tray of Easter Birds Nest Cookies into the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 30 minutes, or until the nests are set and the chocolate has hardened.
