  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, optional

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise. In a large bowl, toss the prepared Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.

2. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure to leave a little space between the sprouts to allow for even roasting. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until the sprouts are crispy and golden brown.

3. Once the Brussels sprouts are perfectly roasted, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top. If desired, you can also drizzle the sprouts with the optional balsamic vinegar for a tangy touch. Finally, garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
