  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard for sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.

3. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Coat each chicken roll in the seasoned flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with the panko breadcrumbs.

4. Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken on all sides for 3–4 minutes per side.
