  • Furikake seasoning to sprinkle on top

Instructions

1. To make the perfect sushi rice, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved. Gently fold this mixture into the warm, cooked rice and allow it to cool slightly before assembling.

2. In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, minced green onion, imitation crab (and optional real crab or salmon), cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Lay a sheet of roasted seaweed (nori) on a tray or plate. Spread a thin layer of prepared sushi rice over the nori, then top with a generous portion of the creamy crab mixture.
