Instructions

1. Prepare your ingredients by ensuring the banana is frozen and the lime is juiced and zested.

2. For optimal texture, use a high-powered blender to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the frozen banana, lime juice and zest, yogurt, coconut milk, spinach, and vanilla extract to your blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste and add sweetener if desired, then blend briefly again.
