Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites 4 Servings Easy Delicious

Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites are the ultimate guilt-free indulgence for health-conscious dessert enthusiasts. These bite-sized frozen treats combine the refreshing goodness of strawberries, the creaminess of Greek yogurt, and the rich decadence of dark chocolate, creating a delightful harmony of flavors that will leave you craving more.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh diced strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the diced strawberries with the strawberry Greek yogurt until combined.

2. 2. Drop spoonfuls of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form bite-sized clusters. Place in the freezer for about 1–2 hours, or until fully frozen.

3. 3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

4. 4. Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer. Dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating it fully. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.

5. 5. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired.

6. 6. Return the coated bites to the freezer for another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.

7. 7. Keep stored in the freezer until ready to enjoy. Let sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating for easier bites.

Notes

Keep the frozen yogurt bites stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months for optimal freshness and texture.

If you prefer a less sweet treat, you can reduce the amount of chocolate chips or opt for a higher percentage of dark chocolate.

While fresh strawberries are recommended, you can use frozen strawberries if they are not in season. Just be sure to thaw and drain them before mixing with the yogurt.

To make this recipe dairy-free, substitute the Greek yogurt with a non-dairy yogurt alternative and use dairy-free chocolate chips or carob chips.
