  • 2 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • pinch of black pepper or red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, olive oil, and Greek yogurt (or sour cream) until smooth.

3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
