Instructions

1. 1. Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes. Drain and cool in an ice bath.

2. 2. Peel the Eggs: Once cooled, carefully peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.

3. 3. Make the Filling: In a bowl, mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, Creole mustard, Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce until smooth and creamy.
