Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 8 ounce Colby jack cheese, shredded from a block
  • 8 ounce tortilla chips

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat if needed.

3. 3. Add the salt, black pepper, water, and taco seasoning to the beef. Stir and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the flavors are well combined and the mixture has thickened slightly.

4. 4. Grease a Bundt pan and layer the tortilla chips along the bottom. Sprinkle a layer of shredded Colby jack cheese, then spoon half of the seasoned beef mixture on top. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.

5. 5. Place the Bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. 6. Carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a serving plate. Garnish with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve the Bundt Pan Nachos immediately, while hot and melty.

Notes

For best results, opt for high-quality ingredients. You can also experiment with different types of cheese, such as cheddar or Monterey Jack, to customize the flavor profile. If you’re looking to make these Bundt Pan Nachos vegetarian or vegan, try substituting the ground beef with black beans, mushrooms, or your favorite plant-based protein.
