  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon creamy horseradish
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, basil, oregano, and thyme.

2. Generously rub the blackened seasoning all over the chicken.

3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the seasoned chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they’re fully cooked and have a beautiful blackened exterior.

6. Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and parsley, then brush the tops of the rolls with this fragrant butter topping.

7. Serve immediately.
